Terms and conditions Please read the terms and conditions below Shopper Responsibilities I will conduct all of my RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting assignments based on the criteria and time-frame specified for each project, and in the manner stipulated in the training material supplied. I understand that from time to time, I may be required to complete to the satisfaction of RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting, an evaluation to ensure the quality and consistency of my work. I will score, and report on investigations based solely on my personal observations and the specified criteria. I will, under no circumstances,allow my scores to be biased because of gender, race, ethnic origin, age, height, weight or any other prejudicial consideration. I will become fully familiarized with all training material forwarded by RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting, and will complete all assignments thoroughly and accurately to the satisfaction of RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting. I understand that RetailTrack Mystery Shopping and Consulting is under no obligation to remunerate me when I have not fully and completely met these responsibilities. Remuneration I understand that the standard remuneration for each shop is: a) Individual locations: Fifteen dollars ($15); b) Telephone shops: Eight dollars ($8); c) Multi-store in a single location (eg. shopping centre): Five dollars ($5). All funds quoted are in Canadian dollars. I understand that RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting reserves the right to vary remuneration slightly from time-to-time, and that I will be notified of any variance prior to an assignment. Independent Agent & Liability I am acting as an independent agent, and I will not represent myself as an employee of RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting. I will not hold The Belding Group of Companies Inc, its personnel, or its agents responsible in any manner for any injuries, damages caused, contributed to, or alleged to be caused in the course of conducting business. I accept sole responsibility for my actions, and any injuries, damages caused, contributed to, or alleged to be caused resulting from those actions. Non-Disclosure I will at no time identify myself as being a Mystery Shopper to a client, or employees of a client, of RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting, unless expressly requested by RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting. I will, under no circumstances, disclose who the clients of RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting are, or any details of RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting projects. Termination RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting retains the right to terminate this agreement without notice if, in the sole discretion of RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting, the terms of this agreement have not been met. I will not be entitled to compensation such violation of the agreement renders reports unusable.
